    Hunt Real Estate Capital works with hundreds of direct borrowers, property owners, privately and publicly owned real estate firms, developers, nonprofit housing organizations, and public housing authorities to provide advice and creative financing for their commercial properties. We draw on our long-term strategic relationships with government sponsored enterprises (GSEs) – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) – to develop customized financing for every real estate client. When a client is interested in an alternative to GSE financing, we are able to offer proprietary permanent and/or bridge financing for most commercial real estate assets. Hunt Real Estate Capital finances both individual assets and entire portfolios, nationwide.
