Tyler Griffin is senior managing director, mortgage banking chief operating officer (COO) at ORIX Real Estate Capital (OREC), the combined company of Hunt Real Estate Capital, RED Capital Group and Lancaster Pollard.
In her prior role as COO at Hunt, Ms. Griffin was responsible for managing business operations across all loan platforms and overseeing transaction management. She also supported initiatives to integrate systems and technology with current practices to facilitate production across all business lines.
Prior to joining Hunt, she was COO at Dwight Capital, where she established the firm as an FHA/MAP lender with GNMA servicing capabilities. During her tenure at Dwight, she was responsible for more than $1.2 billion in annual loan production and a servicing portfolio that exceeded $3 billion. Before that, she was with Capital One Multifamily Finance as senior director, head of FHA programs. Earlier in her career, she held key roles at Beech Street Capital, where she established its FHA platform, and at Metropolitan Funding Corporation.
Ms. Griffin graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts in economics and financial economics from Vanderbilt University. While there, she was a two-time All-American athlete and has since been inducted into the Vanderbilt Hall of Fame.
