He will report to Owen Breheny, Managing Director at Hunt Real Estate Capital. The new office will be located at 525 North Tryon Street, Suite 1600, in Charlotte.

“The Mid-Atlantic region is a rich region with strong dynamics and solid underlying real estate fundamentals,” noted Breheny.  “A local presence enables us to better serve the rapidly growing needs of area developers and investors. This is the eighth new Hunt Real Estate Capital office we’ve opened in the past year.”

“We are making strategic additions to our organization to expand our market reach and capitalize fully on our expanded financing capabilities,” added Breheny. “Jonathan is a seasoned financial services executive with deep experience in commercial real estate. We are pleased he has come on board to open an office in Charlotte and serve clients in this important region.”
