Brandon Pate is a Vice President in the Birmingham, Alabama office of Hunt Real Estate Capital. Mr. Pate is primarily involved in the origination and transaction management of multifamily, manufactured housing community, and commercial real estate debt financing.
Prior to joining Hunt Real Estate Capital, Mr. Pate worked at Beech Street Capital. He started with Beech Street Capital as an Intern in August 2011 while completing his Finance degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During his freshman and sophomore years in college, Mr. Pate worked full-time for his father’s disaster reconstruction and rehabilitation company and at BancorpSouth during his junior year to gain experience in the banking industry. Upon graduation, he joined the Beech team as a Production Analyst. He was promoted to Senior Analyst shortly after Capital One acquired Beech in 2013.
Since beginning his career in 2012, Mr. Pate has managed and closed over $1.5 billion dollars in multifamily and manufactured housing community transactions. He maintains a personal mandate to deliver value through comprehensive product knowledge, an efficient process, and assurance that clients are receiving the best execution the market can offer.
