Bryan Cullen is a Managing Director at Hunt Real Estate Capital. Based in Washington, D.C., he is responsible for national loan origination for the Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, and FHA product lines along with Hunt’s proprietary loan products. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he originated agency and FHA loans for American Property Financing (now Wells Fargo) beginning in 1994. He began his career servicing FHA loans at AMI Capital (now also Wells Fargo) and later became an underwriter for the Fannie Mae DUS product from 1991-1993.
Over his career he has originated over $3.5 billion in multifamily mortgages. He has served on various boards for Catholic Charities, including the Board of St. Martins Apartments, which oversaw the $50 million construction of 178 affordable apartments in Washington, D.C. He was also on the Board of the Annual Golf Classic for 15 years, which has raised over $2 million for local charities.
Mr. Cullen graduated from James Madison University in 1987.
