Kristian Molloy is a Vice President at Hunt Real Estate Capital and is based in New York City. He has many years of experience in commercial real estate, including 8+ years of experience in loan production with Hunt Real Estate Capital. He specializes in the production of multifamily debt financing for both the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Conventional and Small Balance Programs, with a focus in the Northeast market.
In 2012, Mr. Molloy was involved in the first transaction through Freddie Mac’s new cooperative multifamily property early rate-lock program. Prior to his time at Hunt, he was in a valued investment sales role at Marcus and Millichap, where he was responsible for the prospecting, marketing, and sale of industrial, office, retail, and multifamily assets.
Mr. Molloy is a 2006 graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, where he was Captain of the Division I Baseball Team. He holds a New Jersey real estate broker’s license.
