Hunt Real Estate Capital also provides proprietary permanent and bridge financing for multifamily properties. Our proprietary lending programs offer non-recourse, first mortgage financing for the acquisition or refinancing of stabilized multifamily properties, as well as bridge financing for prestabilization multifamily properties expected to meet permanent financing criteria within 36 months of closing.
